You can eat malunggay (moringa) leaves together with your favorite dish or drink capsules. Another option would be Malunggay (Moringa) Tea which is available in the market. For home grown trees. The leaves can be processed and made into capsules for daily personal consumption.

Process on how to make malunggay (moringa) powder:

1. Harvest the leaves of Malunggay (Moringa). Place in a winnow or a net to air dry the leaves. Let it hang on a airy place but not under the sun. Placing the leaves under the sun will cause it to discolor.

2. After 2 or 3 days depending on the weather, you can check the leaves if its already crispy. Then cook the leaves for about 2 minutes in a frying pan.

3. Pound or ground the leaves until it turns to powder.

4. Now you can either put it in an empty gel capsule, which is available in drugstores or you can use it as tea.

Allan Marquez: French scientists had found that Moringa contains an anti bacterial peptide (a molecule composed of two or more amino acids, the building blocks of proteins) that can destroy the cell membrane of many infectious bacteria.

The roots and flowers of the moringa has a compound called pterygospermin, a powerful antimicrobial that kills bacteria and fungi. The leaves and roots of moringa are also rich in a compound called benzyl isothiocyanate that have strong antifungal and antibacterial properties.

The bark of moringa has also been found to have antibacterial and antifungal effects. You can make a strong antibiotic wash to clean wounds from fresh moringa leaves. To make a strong dressing, pound fresh leaves and mix with coconut oil, then spread over the wound.

paano b makakagaling ang malunggay leaves para sa peptic ulcer?

snafu0312 7 months ago

Basti.. take at least 6 to 8 capsules of malunggay a day. If you have questions on how to make the capsules post ka lang tuturuan kita.
